Arbitration/Subrogation Specialist

Major Duties of Position
Review files for recovery potential and clearly document recovery efforts in the file. File Applicant and Respondent cases through E-Subro Hub/Arbitration Forums site and maintain cases to conclusion. Contact DMV for license revocations/reinstatements as needed. Assign files to collection agencies, prepare and submit arbitration filings. Receive incoming telephone calls, handle inquires as appropriate. Process payments, set up re-payment agreements, and send late payment notices when needed. Entry and update of information into the collection database. Perform other duties as assigned by the Material Damage Manager or Arbitration/Subrogation Manager.
Qualifications for Senior Arbitration/Subrogation Specialist
Recommendation from the Arbitration/Subrogation Manager and Material Damage Manager. Five years of service as an Arbitration/Subrogation or equivalent adjusting position with N.C. Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, Inc. Satisfactory completion of all required industry coursework. Successfully pass tests on contracts written by the company. Successfully pass tests on general claims knowledge, company background and organization information.
