About the Role

As a Document Quality Analyst, you will quality check and electronically distribute all insurance documents across various company departments. In addition, you will compile, prepare, and mail out insurance documents for certain lines of business.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preference given to applicants with extended education and/or training.
Required Skills and Abilities
Must be able to work independently, as well as work well with others.
Effective oral communication and writing skills required.
Ability to process repetitive work with accuracy.
Detail-oriented and analytical in order to quality check documents.
Ability to organize and prioritize your workload.
Ability to learn company software.
Demonstrate speed and accuracy using the 10 key stroke.
Location and Commitments
Full-time role based at our Corporate Office in Raleigh, NC 27612
40 hours per week
Ability to lift approximately 10 pounds
Responsibilities of the Role
Quality check printed output against source documents for accuracy.
Quality check electronically inputted data against source documents for accuracy. Submit errors back to appropriate Insurance Processing Analyst for correction.
Prepare quality checked documents for mailing.
Distribute work to various sections, manually and electronically, within the company.
Maintain an accurate count of work received and enter on spreadsheet.
