Required Skills
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skill. Independent work habits including effective time management. Ability to research, analyze and organize data. Flexibility and ability to multi-task. Ability to work well with staff on all levels of the organization. Strong typing/keyboarding skills. Familiarity with the following Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Training, Education, Knowledge, or Skill
Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience. Knowledge of company policies, procedures, workflows and systems. Completion of AINS-21, AIT-131 or CPCU-510. Prior teaching, training, or public speaking experience
Major Duties of Position
Format and produce special documentation projects such as manuals, lists, procedures, form letters and applications. Help document and maintain training materials related to current policy systems and procedures, special projects and/or the implementation of new systems or upgrades that affect the Operations Department, or the Company. Assist with updates and maintenance of procedures manuals for the Operations Department and other company documentation as needed. Provide technical assistance and support related to Adobe Professional projects. Assist with development of content on NCFBINS intranet portal and corporate website. Acquire and maintain knowledge of company systems and procedures outside of the document specialist role to help implement special projects, and to draft documentation when needed. Provide administrative support to the Resource Development supervisor, Operations division manager, and Senior Executive of Operations, as deemed necessary. Assist and perform other duties as developed and assigned by the Resource Development supervisor, Operations division manager, and Senior Executive of Operations.
