We understand that our local offices are a convenient way for our members and policyholders to pay their premiums and member dues, and to report claims. It is our presence throughout the state of North Carolina that truly makes us unique, and we are doing everything possible to keep our offices open. However, in an effort to limit the number of personal interactions taking place during this time, we encourage our members and policyholders to call their Agent or county office rather than visiting the office in person. Additionally, we encourage you to take advantage of our online and phone options as outlined below.
