To determine which companies qualify as Best Insurance Companies in the United States, Forbes partnered with Statista to survey more than 45,000 customers in 15 countries to get their feedback on insurance company performance including overall satisfaction and whether they would recommend them to others. Participants were also asked to rate insurers based on criteria including the advice employees offered, customer service, price performance, transparency, and damage service.
